WHOLESALE INSTRUCTIONS

Getting Started!
1. Go to our website at
www.polidy.com.
2. Hit the
Wholesale button under the VIP Programs menu in the left margin.
3. Hit the APPLY HERE button after reading the information on the page.
4. Fill out the information on the
Application Page and hit SUBMIT.
5. Your application will be reviewed to ensure your wholesale status.
6. Upon approval, you will get an APPROVED email. Save that email.
Entering your First Order!
7. Go to the
Wholesale Program page and hit the Log-In button.
8. Type in your email address and password to enter the system, and hit SUBMIT.
9. At our Wholesale Items page enter the quantities that you want to order. Add any
special coupons codes and hit Add To Cart to go to the Shopping Cart.
10. Check or change your desired items and quantities on this page and hit Checkout.
11. Type in the order information asked through a set of screens. Note that your address
information is then preset when you hit Use This Address in future orders.
Final Steps!
12. Enter your correct shipping address by hitting Use This Address or make changes.
13. Only check the next 2 questions if they apply and hit Continue.
14. Answer the payment preferences questions, how you heard of us, and then hit Continue.
15. Fill out & review the final checkout page. Make sure that the prices, qty, and info is correct.
16. Make sure to check the return policy box. The order can't be completed if it is not checked.
17. When everything looks OK hit Finalize Order.
18. The system will tell you if and what there is a problem with the order.
If you cannot correct the problem contact customer service at (512)490-1602.
19. When the order goes through you will get an approval screen that you can print.
A sales receipt/invoice will be emailed to you for your records.
I have detailed these steps as simply as possible.
Do not be scared off
by the number of steps as this is really very simple.
After the first
time, this ordering process usually takes less time to complete than
sending a fax.
